Special Guest Speaker: John Gillison Rancho Cucamonga City Manager John Gillison was appointed as City Manager for the City of Rancho Cucamonga effective September 1, 2011.  He served as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Rancho Cucamonga since 2009.  Prior to taking over the position as Assistant City Manager, John was the Deputy City Manager for the Administrative Services Department, which includes the Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, Geographic Information Services, Special Districts, Purchasing and Information Services functions.  John served in that capacity from 2007 through 2009.the Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, Geographic Information Services, Special Districts, Purchasing and Information Services functions.  John served in that capacity from 2007 through 2009.
