Bill Kennedy VP – Project Manager, Lewis Management Corp. Bill recently joined the Lewis Companies as Vice President and Project Manager for the proposed Empire Lakes redevelopment.  Bill grew up in Ontario and went to local schools including Chaffey High School and Cal Poly Pomona where he majored in Business and Accounting. In other areas Bill was engaged by the United States Department of the Navy to provide budgetary and financial oversight on the Navy’s Public Private Housing Partnerships totaling over 25,000 units of Navy and Marine family housing across the country. Special Guest Speaker: John Gillison Rancho Cucamonga City Manager John Gillison was appointed as City Manager for the City of Rancho Cucamonga effective September 1, 2011.  He served as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Rancho Cucamonga since 2009.  Prior to taking over the position as Assistant City Manager, John was the Deputy City Manager for the Administrative Services Department, which includes the Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, Geographic Information Services, Special Districts, Purchasing and Information Services functions.  John served in that capacity from 2007 through 2009.the Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, Geographic Information Services, Special Districts, Purchasing and Information Services functions.  John served in that capacity from 2007 through 2009. It's that Time Of the Month.. Watch Out!

Its that time of the month! WATCH OUT(edit/delete)

Crazy as it may sound but month end is starting to excite me like it did back in the day.All the fervor of people shuffling around and operations trying to close out their books. The insanity of FHA Payoff's and the sense of urgency all around.

To many, it is a time of stress and headache, to me it is a sign of BLISS... 

For many of us who have been making it through the BUST, we went from madness, to no urgency, because there were not that many files.

To see companies hiring people back, expanding operations, and offices busy at month end means the world to me because it is healthy. It means no matter what any economist says, I can personally feel the buzz, and see the expansion happening, and IT EXCITES me..
